Day 29 - MONDAY 10-22-2012

Hey guys. I am in OKLAHOMA and the trip was long but went well.  Remember, that if you need help, there are many resources.  Check the HELP MENU, try GOOGLE, and you can FACETIME me @ tannynanda@gmail.com.  I will be monitoring you throughout the school day.  You are expected to stay on task and make progress thanks to the wonders of TECHNOLOGY.

Graphics 1 - Your AESOP FABLE is due on your blog so if you have not posted it please do so.  When you finish, work on the ROCKET tutorial.  If you have finished, you may work on the TYPE ON A PATH project.

Graphics 2 - Check your email and look for a response to your INITIAL EMAIL.  If you haven't heard from your client by TUESDAY, choose a new client.  If you have received confirmation, start by recreating the company's logo in ILLUSTRATOR.  You may only use 4 colors even if they have more.  If you have not received confirmation, you SHOULD send the INITIAL EMAIL to another organization.  

Multimedia 1 - You may have one more class period to finish your PHOTOGRAPHY PORTFOLIO.  EXPORT it and put it in my DROPBOX.  Use Photoshop to correct your photos.  Load your photos onto the computer via memory card, cable, or email.  Choose 5 to use for the 5 CORRECTIONS :  INVERT, THRESHOLD, ISOLATE, B&W, BEST CORRECTION, DYNAMIC.

 If you are finished, you may begin researching your next NEWSCAST.  Remember to use the proper FORMAT.  Move down one on the list based on the type of story you did last time.  Here is the Hierarchy:  

WORLD NEWS > LOCAL NEWS > MPHS NEWS > SPORTS >
POP CULTURE > ODDITIES.
